  • Interfacing and communicating with clients.
  • Identifying, collecting, documenting, and managing business/system requirements.
  • Analysing business/system requirements and developing solutions.
  • Planning and monitoring business/system analysis activities.
  • Extracting and identifying required software functionalities based on business/system requirements.


Years of Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business/system analyst.


Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Analytical thinking.
  • Problem solving.
  • Business acumen.
  • Data collection and analysis.
  • Reporting, communication and interaction skills.
  • Relevant software and tools.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.


Preferable with certifications in the field such as CBAP/CCBA.
